Get Charmed by Bishop Allen

This week on the show we feature Things Are What You Make Of Them by Bishop Allen. It is from their Charm School cd. Currently the band is working on putting out a monthly e.p. throughout the remainder of 2006. For me the cd is melodious and unique song by song. If a stranger approached me in a bar and asked me to recommend a band I thought were sure to gain rapid popularity, Bishop Allen would be a no brainer. The songs are popish, but delicate enough to make you listen to the words...and the words hit home in a combination of foreboding passion and illustrious wit. Snatch up anything you can by this band. You will be smarter for it.
